Dear Jud and Chris,

We would like to express our appreciation for the fine job your company did for us during our Store Closing Sale. We completed our sale yesterday, and are very pleased with the results we achieved.

Greg Klaffka, our sale conductor, organized the sale very well, and the staff he brought in was quite professional and well acquainted with our products. We realize that there is no way we could have accommodated the thousands of customers we had during the first several weeks without the help of the additional staff.

Greg was very well organized, and did a wonderful job of encouraging our staff and the Lynch staff to work together. His daily meetings were short, but meaningful, and he was able to motivate our sales staff to work very hard to accomplish our goals. Greg worked very well with our entire staff, including office workers, designers and warehouse employees. He put in very long hours day after day, and wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. In short, we knew that we could count on him to do whatever was necessary to get our store ready for business each day and to maintain our floor throughout the day. It was comforting to know that we had another member of our team to help with all aspects of this important event. Greg certainly became a member of our team.
