I must first of all apologise for not getting this letter to you earlier, but we have been extremely busy since our relocation sale and then opening our new premises.

I have to admit that we were a bit apprehensive about doing a Daniel Lynch sale as this was your first sale in the Republic of Ireland. Nothing prepared us (despite Ted’s best efforts) for 6,000 people passing through our doors on the first day. A further 4,000 followed in the next three
days which far exceeded any of our expectations.

A special word of thanks to Ted Preston whose energy, drive and commitment was incredible during the four-week sale. Ted’s experience undoubtedly helped us achieve sales we never thought possible. Ted’s ability to keep us all focused on the task was essential, as we had never seen business
like it. Not only is Ted an excellent sales consultant but his knowledge of the trade helped capture a lot of extra sales.

I would have no hesitation in recommending a Daniel Lynch sale to any retailer.
