What can I say? The sale you and Daren organised was fantastic. Everything you predicted came true. Over 3,000 customers through the doors on the first day, a good month’s business in two days and over an unbelievable 25% of our turnover in 4 weeks. I’d heard other retailers sing your praises, read their testimonials and taken what they said with a pinch-of-salt. I thought ‘It can’t really be that good.’ But it was! The first day was phenomenal with long queues of people waiting to pay us money.

A big, big, big thank you to Darren ‘Hopalong’ for writing out the thousands of tickets, organising the advertising, putting up window banners, training, selling, motivating the staff, selling and the one hundred and one other things he did. I don’t know how good the other members of your team are, but if they’re as good as Daren, it must be one hell-of-a-team.

Now I only need to find an excuse to hold another of your sales. Feel free to use this letter as you wish. It doesn’t matter how good you think you are, no one can organise and run a sale like Daniel Lynch.
