Dear Mr. Lynch:

I know it is unusual for a client to send you a thank you note when they pay you for a service, but I wanted you to know how much your company exceeded our expectations.

When Michael Biggiam first arrived at Glabman Furniture to run our sale event in Costa Mesa, I didn’t realize how closely his situation would resemble that of a substitute teacher taking over a fourth grade classroom. A substitute in fourth grade can usually expect the children to switch names, pull pranks, and do everything they can to hamper the leadership and good intentions of the unsuspecting visitor.

Not only was his approach professional and businesslike, he was organized and really on top of things. During our event, my son had to have surgery. Like most furniture store owners, I work seven days a week and long hours, but after spending time with Michael setting up, and then watching how well he handled my staff, advertising issues and his role in our private client sale. I felt comfortable putting Michael in charge and leaving to be with my family during the public portion or our event.

He did a terrific job running things. He sent me text messages with our volume figures, and he used voicemail to give me other information. He communicated so well, I was completely comfortable and didn’t feel like I was missing anything.

I also need to tell you that I took advantage of the Lynch Sales Company, and Michael a little bit. I have been building a new store in Los Angeles and with Michael in charge; I decided not return to work in his location after my son’s surgery. I was able to focus on the details of our new store and spend more time there in those two weeks than I had in three months.

Michael has sound judgment good management skills and is a good decision maker. Despite their preconceptions he was quickly able to garner the trust and respect of my staff. Michael, was wonderful with clients, and really has a gift for communication.

During our event I had the unique opportunity to compare your staff to one of your competitors. Another store in our area was having a closing sale at the same time as ours. After visiting their event and being approached by a sales gypsy that reminded me of a homeless person, I couldn’t resist dropping a note in their company suggestion box. I pointed out that if they were unable to get Lynch Sales Company to run their sale, they should have considered a self-help option for the customer rather than subject them to the people they brought in.

I really saw the difference, and your people are first class. We were very pleased, with the event and especially the personnel from Lynch Sales and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
