Dear Mr. Lynch:

After 100 years of serving South Central Pennsylvania with quality home furnishings, Zarfos Furniture Store decided to call it quits! I called Jim Schwark!

We started with a little over $450,000 in inventory. Bought roughly $40,000 of your goods as additional inventory. Bought another $7,500 of Flexsteel “bull pen” product during the sale.

The event started August 1, ended September 2, 2007. The sale had 28 selling days. My numbers say we did $898,000 + including delivery charges. Total advertising expense was $41,000. The numbers say it all.

Jim Broker and his staff ran a great event. Broker’s the “man” and I’m glad he was on our team. He ran the show, and I wanted him to! During a very, very difficult time for many of us, he demonstrated the confidence and experience needed to not only get us through this period, but to exceed our expectations.

Anyone running a GOB should use your company not just because you run a great GOB, because the people that you bring in like Jim Broker, Gail Dunn, Bonnie Vedder, Judy Wade, Bob, Jim and the rest of the Lynch staff CARE! Wow, people that truly care about others, how novel.
